Focus Technology, a Boston-based IT infrastructure and managed services provider, has acquired Boston-based data engineering firm IntegritD to expand its data management, analytics and cloud data engineering capabilities. The deal is intended to strengthen Focus's ability to help customers store, secure and manage data across data centers and cloud environments.

Innovative Discovery Acquires Integro

Innovative Discovery has acquired information governance consultancy Integro to expand its e-discovery offerings and provide end-to-end services across the EDRM. Financial terms were not disclosed; Integro will initially continue to operate as a separate brand while its management (led by CEO Scott Burt) will lead Innovative Discovery's information governance services. The deal is being executed with Innovative Discovery as a PE-backed platform (backed by Silver Oak Services Partners).

AllCloud Acquires Integress

OneTrust Acquires Ethics & Compliance Cloud Provider Convercent

OneTrust signed a definitive agreement to acquire Convercent, a global provider of ethics and compliance cloud software. Convercent’s ~150 employees, 750 customers, and CONVERGE community will be integrated into OneTrust’s trust platform to expand ethics and compliance capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close in April.

Integris Acquires CalTech to Build National Community Banking Practice

OMERS Private Equity Acquires Integris from Frontenac

OMERS Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in Integris, a national managed IT services provider, from Frontenac. The deal (terms undisclosed) positions OMERS to enter the MSP sector and to support Integris' continued expansion through organic growth and strategic add-on acquisitions; Integris is headquartered in Cranbury, New Jersey and employs over 600 people nationwide.
