Oak Hill Capital to Acquire Guild Garage Group in $800 Million-Plus Deal

Oak Hill Capital has agreed to buy Guild Garage Group, a roll-up of residential garage door repair and replacement businesses, for more than $800 million, according to sources familiar with the matter. Guild Garage Group, launched in 2024, has completed close to 30 acquisitions and generates over $300 million in annual revenue and nearly $50 million in annual EBITDA.
