Oakbridge Insurance Acquires Phoenix Associates

Oakbridge Insurance Agency LLC announced that Phoenix Associates, a Marietta, Georgia-based independent insurance agency focused on private schools and daycares, has joined Oakbridge's platform. The deal expands Oakbridge's specialty offerings in the education sector and gives Phoenix access to broader service capabilities and resources to support growth. Oakbridge is PE-backed (Audax Private Equity) and will operate Phoenix as part of its growing agency platform.
