OCA, a family-owned national third-party administrator, has acquired Employer Driven Insurance Services (EDIS), a California-based TPA specializing in self-funded and pre-tax administrative services. Stacy Morris will remain EDIS President and employees will retain current roles as OCA integrates EDIS to expand capabilities, modernize systems, and broaden geographic reach.
