OCo Capital Management has acquired CMS Utility Services, Inc., a Shepherdsville, Kentucky-based provider of the CMS Portable Pole Rack System and pole rack installation services. The deal, arranged by Small Business Deal Advisors, enables founder Glenn Wilson to transition to retirement while OCo plans post-close value creation and continued growth of the business.
