Office Ally announced it is acquiring Jopari Solutions, a provider of straight-through electronic claims processing and clinical attachment/payment infrastructure for Property 26 Casualty, Commercial, and Government healthcare. The acquisition expands Office Ally’s all-payer clearinghouse network and payer-to-provider payment capabilities, enabling greater automation, interoperability, and end-to-end electronic transaction processing.
