OJ Medtech/Charm Medical (Upstream Capital) Acquires PRO2, LLC

OJ Medtech/Charm Medical Supply, a portfolio company of Upstream Capital, has acquired Buffalo-based PRO2, LLC, a provider of prescription-based respiratory supplies and equipment. The deal — completed with financing partnership from Midwest Mezzanine Funds and Eagle Private Capital — expands OJ Medtech/Charm Medical’s product offering into respiratory and sleep products (CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen supplies) as an add-on to its platform.
