OLA Energy Group to Acquire TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia

OLA Energy Group has signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with TotalEnergies to acquire TotalEnergies’ downstream (fuel retail and related) operations in Ethiopia. The deal is subject to customary conditions precedent, including regulatory and administrative approvals in Ethiopia, and would add more than 120 service stations across key cities.
