Oliver Inc., a Pfingsten Partners–backed specialty packaging platform, has acquired Professional Image and aspecialtybox.com, a Tulsa-based custom folding carton manufacturer and e-commerce stock packaging provider. The add-on expands Oliver’s geographic reach, capacity and design-forward packaging capabilities for customers in food & beverage, beauty, confection and consumer goods markets.
