Omega Healthcare Acquires himagine Solutions

Omega Healthcare, backed by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking and Everstone Group, has acquired himagine Solutions, a St. Louis-based provider of medical coding and registry services. The acquisition expands Omega's U.S. delivery capabilities and clinical services (CDI, coding audits, chart abstraction) and enhances the combined company's end-to-end revenue cycle management and analytics offerings.
