Omni Healthcare Acquires Injury Finance

The deal combines Omni's national medical funding and pre-settlement advance capabilities with Injury Finance's medical lien financing platform to expand product offerings, relationships, and technology across the U.S. medical lien and pre-settlement funding markets.

Waverly Advisors Acquires Omni Wealth Advisors

Waverly Advisors, a Birmingham-based RIA backed by Wealth Partners Capital Group and HGGC's Aspire platform, acquired Omni Wealth Advisors, expanding Waverly's presence in Atlanta and Tampa. The deal closed March 31, 2023, adds approximately $105 million of AUM and ~140 southeast-based high-net-worth clients to Waverly's platform.

eHouse Acquires VL OMNI to Expand Commerce Data Integration Capabilities

The acquisition adds iPaaS, ERP, EDI and marketplace connectors and integration services to eHouse's offerings, positioning the firm to serve mid-market and enterprise commerce clients end-to-end; VL OMNI founder Robin H. Smith joins eHouse as Head of Integration Solutions.

Society Brands Acquires OmniiX

OmniiX founders John W. Collins and Stormey Collins join Society Brands' executive leadership team as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff to help scale acquired brands across the Society Brands platform.

OMNIA Partners Acquires Non‑Healthcare Members from Capstone Health Alliance and Yankee Alliance
