Hero Digital, a customer experience transformation firm, has acquired Omnichannel Commerce, a digital consultancy specializing in Salesforce-powered e-commerce, order, and subscription management. The deal expands Hero Digital’s commerce capabilities and brings industry veteran Rich Lyons on board as a senior advisor to the newly expanded Commerce division.

Longshore Capital Acquires Blue Wheel and Retail Bloom to Form Omni-Channel Blue Wheel

Longshore Capital Partners has completed acquisitions of Blue Wheel and Retail Bloom and combined them into a single omni-channel digital commerce agency operating under the Blue Wheel name. The merged business offers end-to-end e-commerce services (advertising, marketplace management, fulfillment, creative and customer service) and now manages over $1 billion in e-commerce revenue for its clients.

Olsam Group Acquires Flywheel Commerce

London-based e-commerce aggregator Olsam Group has completed the acquisition of the assets of Flywheel Commerce, a US-based e-commerce aggregator. The deal will expand Olsam's footprint in North America and allow Flywheel's brands to continue operating in the US while leveraging Olsam's capabilities to grow them into the UK and EU.

Flywheel Acquires Radiologics as Part of $22M Series C

BigCommerce Acquires Feedonomics

BigCommerce acquired the assets of Feedonomics in an asset purchase transaction to integrate Feedonomics' product feed optimization and syndication capabilities into BigCommerce's Open SaaS ecommerce platform. The deal is structured for up to approximately $145 million (about $80 million cash at closing plus up to two anniversary/milestone payments of $32.5 million each), and is intended to expand BigCommerce's omnichannel commerce capabilities and marketplace/advertising channel integrations.

Ascential plc Acquires Flywheel Digital LLC

London-based Ascential plc acquired Flywheel Digital LLC, a Baltimore- and Seattle-based e-commerce services and software provider, for $60 million cash upfront with earn-outs of up to $400 million over three years. Flywheel—which offers managed services, software and marketplace expertise to consumer-packaged-goods brands selling on Amazon—will join Ascential's digital marketing/sales division and report to CEO Duncan Painter.
