One80 Intermediaries Acquires Equity Partners Insurance Services, Inc.

One80 Intermediaries, a national wholesale broker and program manager headquartered in Boston, has acquired Equity Partners Insurance Services, Inc. (EPIS), a Slidell, Louisiana-based managing general agent and wholesaler specializing in commercial and personal lines. The deal expands One80’s footprint across the Gulf region; terms were not disclosed.
