OneDigital has acquired Dillon Health, a Reno, Nevada-based benefits firm founded by Michael F. Dillon that specializes in Association Health Plans and large-group consortium programs. The small team of nine represents over 2,600 employer clients; the acquisition expands OneDigital's Mountain West presence and adds local capabilities and client relationships in Nevada.
