Integrated Oncology Network Acquires Urology Partners, LLC

Integrated Oncology Network, LLC (ION), a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners, has acquired Urology Partners, LLC, a private-practice urology group serving the greater Cleveland area. The deal combines Urology Partners with ION’s existing partner SouthWest Urology (and longtime partner Northern Ohio Regional Cancer Center) to expand urologic and prostate cancer care capacity and services across Cleveland and Ohio.

Schweiger Dermatology Group Acquires United Skin Specialists

MGG-backed Access & Integrated Practice Holdings Acquires United Medical Systems

TPG has agreed to acquire a majority interest in OneOncology and AmerisourceBergen will take a roughly 35% minority stake for approximately $685 million, valuing OneOncology at $2.1 billion. OneOncology's affiliated practices, physicians, and management will retain minority ownership as the parties form a new joint venture; the network includes over 900 affiliated providers across 14 states and the deal is expected to close by the end of September 2023.

Southern Urology brings 15 urologists, seven advanced practice providers and a radiation oncologist across seven clinic locations and a cancer center; Urology America will provide operational and clinical support to drive growth and continuity of care.
