The deal expands Sentry’s inventory portfolio and strengthens its 24/7 AOG support network with AirStart’s facility near Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Onex Partners and TriWest Acquire AirSprint

Onex Partners (via its Opportunities Fund) and TriWest Capital Partners, alongside other co-investors, have agreed to acquire AirSprint Inc., Canada’s largest fractional private jet operator. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2026, with founder Judson Macor and CEO James Elian remaining investors and continuing leadership roles post-closing.

Lone View Capital Acquires Majority Stake in CargoSprint

Onex Partners Acquires Farsound Aviation Limited
