Mill Point Capital LLC signed a definitive agreement to acquire Total Safety Supplies & Solutions, Inc. (TSSS) from Total Safety U.S., Inc. in Mill Point’s 20th corporate carve-out. The transaction will transition TSSS into a standalone platform business under Mill Point ownership, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, and is expected to close later in 2026.

Technical Safety Services (a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners) completed four strategic add-on acquisitions: Northeast Medical Consulting (Ohio), AIRTEST (New Hampshire), Cornerstone Commissioning (Massachusetts) and Quality Systems Integration (Massachusetts). The acquisitions expand TSS's testing, inspection, certification and commissioning capabilities across cleanrooms, medical gas systems and validation engineering to better serve pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare customers.

MML Capital Acquires OnPoint Industrial Services from Capstreet and HCI

MML Capital Partners has acquired OnPoint Industrial Services, a Deer Park, Texas-based provider of safety, logistics and planning services for refinery and petrochemical turnarounds, from Capstreet (with minority involvement from HCI Equity Partners). Financial terms were not disclosed; Stellus Capital provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction. MML said it will invest in technology and expand OnPoint's capabilities to accelerate growth.
