Opta Group LLC, a portfolio company of Speyside Equity Advisers, acquired NuFlux LLC and Nupro Corporation on October 19, 2023. The acquisitions add engineered materials and metallurgical technology that expand Opta’s product and technology capabilities for steelmaking and foundry customers.
