OptConnect, a portfolio company of Graham Partners, has acquired Silicon Valley-based Premier Wireless Solutions (PWS). The deal brings PWS's IoT network deployment, hardware distribution, and services capabilities into OptConnect's Connectivity-as-a-Service platform to expand product lines, managed services, and end-market reach.
