Osano, a Baird Capital portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of WireWheel, an enterprise provider of data privacy solutions. The deal integrates WireWheel's privacy assessment tools into Osano's data privacy SaaS platform to add enterprise-grade assessment, auditing and reporting capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
