Osceola Capital launched Flotilla Partners, a Tampa-based water treatment platform, and completed the formation by acquiring/partnering with Aquaflow, Filter Pure Systems and Land O' Lakes Water Treatment. The acquisitions create a regional provider of residential and commercial water treatment, testing, installation and maintenance services across Florida and the Southeast.
