Outbrain agreed to acquire Teads, a global omnichannel video platform, in a $1 billion transaction. The combination is intended to create an end-to-end, full-funnel advertising solution across the open internet and connected TV, unifying Outbrain’s performance/AI technology with Teads’ video and branding capabilities.
