New York-based Outpost has merged with June Homes to form OJH Holdings, combining roughly 4,000 units and creating the largest coliving operator in the United States. The combined, profitable platform will be led by Outpost CEO Sergii Starostin with June Homes CEO Mauricio Zuniga as President, and is positioned to pursue further consolidation and national expansion.
