Panasonic Corporation’s Heating & Ventilation A/C Company announced it intends to acquire Systemair AB’s commercial air-conditioning business. The deal involves purchasing all shares of Systemair S.r.l and Tecnair S.p.A, and acquiring the air-conditioning sales employee business in Systemair GmbH in Frankfurt, Germany (subject to HR consultations), as well as an offer to acquire Systemair AC SAS from Systemair following HR consultations in France.
