Parabellum Investments and The Acacia Group Acquire The Column Group

Parabellum Investments partnered with operational investor The Acacia Group to acquire The Column Group (also referred to as Column/Column Technologies), a Lombard, Illinois–based technology consulting, systems and services provider. The buyers plan to accelerate the company's growth through brand investment, operational improvements, strengthened partner/customer relationships and market expansion (including future acquisitions); Column employs over 400 people and generated about $90 million in revenue in 2019.
