Park Lawn Corporation acquired substantially all of the assets of Atlanta Crematory, Cremation Society of Georgia, Wages & Sons Funeral Home (Stone Mountain), Wages & Sons Funeral Home Gwinnett Chapel (Lawrenceville) and Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel Crematory. The deal expands Park Lawn's presence in the greater Atlanta, Georgia market by adding two stand-alone funeral homes and cremation-focused operations.
