Atar Capital's portfolio company Pathways Health and Community Support acquired Renew Consulting, a residential behavioral health provider serving northwest Oregon. The bolt-on acquisition expands Pathways' geographic footprint in Oregon and adds over 200 employees and 24-hour community-based residential programs to Pathways' national behavioral health platform.
