Atar Capital and its affiliate Keypoint Intelligence signed a definitive agreement to acquire France-based DataMaster Online (DMO), a benchmarking service and testing resource for the print industry. The deal is intended to strengthen Keypoint Intelligence’s European presence and expand dealer-focused research, testing, and market intelligence across Europe.
Atar Capital affiliate WinCup has acquired Conver Pack Inc., a Medley, Florida-based manufacturer of hot and cold paper cups and accessories. The add-on acquisition expands WinCup's sustainable and traditional paper cup manufacturing capabilities—adding SFI-certified paper cups and strengthening its phade PHA-based compostable product line.
Solero Technologies, an Atar Capital affiliate, has acquired Kendrion's automotive business in the United States and Europe for roughly EUR 65 million (approximately USD 67–70 million). Headquartered in Georgia, WinCup operates eight manufacturing facilities and employs nearly 1,000 people producing traditional and biodegradable foodservice packaging (including its Phade and Vio brands). Atar appointed a new leadership team and said the acquisition expands its platform into sustainable foodservice packaging to support growth and capability expansion.
