Atar Capital Acquires the Assets of Metco Landscape

Atar Capital, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm, acquired the assets of Metco Landscape on December 31, 2021. Metco is the largest privately owned landscape company in Colorado, providing commercial landscape maintenance and development services; Atar said the deal expands its capabilities in facilities management and positions the firm for growth in the Colorado market. Financial terms were not disclosed.
