Patterson Companies entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Patient Square Capital in a $4.1 billion transaction (about $31.35 per share in cash). The acquisition completed on April 17, 2025, and Patterson’s common stock is no longer traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
