Patrick Industries and LCI Industries (Lippert) entered into a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock merger, with LCI shareholders to receive 1.2440 Patrick shares for each LCI share. The companies said the combination would unite complementary component portfolios and customer relationships, expand aftermarket capabilities, and create a more diversified supplier for outdoor recreation, housing, transportation, and related markets; the deal is expected to close in the first half of 2027.

Patrick Industries Acquires Medallion Instrumentation Systems

The deal brings Medallion's engineering, display, sensor, controls and wire-harness capabilities into Patrick's component solutions portfolio and supports expansion of Patrick's technology offerings to OEM customers.

Dowco generated approximately $37 million in trailing-12-month revenue through April 2018 and will operate as a stand-alone brand within Patrick's portfolio; the seller was CMW Holding Company.
