Pavion Acquires Integrated Security and Communications

Pavion Corp., a Wind Point Partners-backed provider of fire, safety, security and communications solutions, has acquired Integrated Security and Communications (ISC), a Millstone, New Jersey-based security systems integrator. The deal expands Pavion’s engineering, integration and Fortune 500 national account capabilities and is the 20th acquisition for Pavion since partnering with Wind Point in 2020.
