Paychex, Inc. acquired Alterna Capital Solutions, LLC (ACS), a specialty finance provider focused on invoice financing and asset-based lending for small- and medium-sized businesses. The transaction—an exit for Alterna Equity Partners—closed effective July 31, 2023; terms were not disclosed. Legal counsel to ACS and AEP was Greenberg Traurig and Hovde Group served as exclusive financial adviser to ACS.
