Paychex Acquires Benefits Administration Software Provider Flock

Paychex, Inc. has acquired Flock, a San Francisco–based benefits enrollment and administration and HRIS provider. The acquisition brings Flock’s benefits administration and onboarding software into Paychex’s HCM suite to expand Paychex’s digital HR and benefits capabilities; terms were not disclosed and Flock employees will join Paychex.
