PCF Insurance Services, a top-20 U.S. insurance broker headquartered in Lehi, Utah, has acquired Wilber-Price Insurance Group, an independent insurance agency with offices in southern Ohio. The acquisition expands PCF’s regional presence and adds Wilber-Price’s commercial, personal, and specialty lines expertise to PCF’s growing agency network; terms were not disclosed.
