PDI Acquires GasBuddy

PDI (Professional Datasolutions, Inc.) has acquired GasBuddy, the mobile app that helps drivers find and share real-time fuel prices and offers. PDI intends to integrate GasBuddy’s consumer-facing app and Business Pages to extend real-time promotions, loyalty enrollment and retailer/CPG-funded offers, expanding its direct-to-consumer promotional and loyalty capabilities for convenience retailers and petroleum wholesalers.
