Meritus Gas Partners, a portfolio company of AEA Investors, announced a partnership to acquire OXARC, Inc., a Spokane-based distributor of industrial and specialty gases, welding and safety supplies. Financial terms were not disclosed; the Walmsley family will monetize their ownership while Jenna Fitzgerald and Jason Kirby will continue to lead the business and retain significant equity in Meritus.

Tranzonic is a national distributor and manufacturer of cleaning and hygiene products headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, with a network of 16 facilities and more than 600 employees; Peak Rock plans to accelerate growth and pursue complementary add-on acquisitions.

Amtech, headquartered in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, will continue to be led by founder and CEO Cosmo DeNicola, who remains a shareholder; Peak Rock views Amtech as a platform for product development and strategic add-on acquisitions to drive growth.
