Pearce Acquires JoeMax Telecom, LLC

Pearce has acquired JoeMax Telecom, a Fairfield, New Jersey–based provider of outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) engineering, site acquisition, and project management services for fiber infrastructure. The deal expands Pearce’s presence in the U.S. Northeast and adds technical engineering and project management capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
