Penta has acquired Copperfield Advisory, a New York–based communications, brand, and strategy consulting firm, to expand its strategy and reputation-management capabilities. Copperfield's founder Andy Whitehouse will join Penta as a senior partner and lead the firm's New York strategy practice; Penta is majority-backed by Falfurrias Capital Partners.
