Pentair plc entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Hydra-Stop LLC from Madison Industries for approximately $290 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2025, with about $50 million of expected tax benefits reducing the net transaction value to roughly $240 million.
