AscentHR has acquired OS HRS, an Asia-Pacific payroll outsourcing provider, strengthening AscentHR’s regional payroll delivery capabilities and in-country operations. The deal covers 100% of the equity in OS-HRS Malaysia, OS-HRS Japan, and OS-HRS India from BREXA (formerly Outsourcing Inc.), and financial terms were not disclosed.

Orion Innovation Acquires Sryas in Strategic Combination
