The deal expands ASL’s HR technology portfolio and supports growth in the SMB human capital management (HCM) market, with ASL planning to invest in upgrading and expanding SimpleHR’s platform while maintaining the SimpleHR brand.

HR Path Acquires Blueprint HR Software from Blueprint Technologies

HR Path has acquired Blueprint HR Software, the HR technology subsidiary of India-based Blueprint Technologies, in a divestiture that expands HR Path’s presence and capabilities across India, the Middle East and APAC. The deal adds expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, Concur and UKG to HR Path’s HRIS offerings while Blueprint Technologies will continue to operate independently and focus on its core ERP services.

HRS Acquires Paypense to Expand Corporate Spend Management Payments Platform

UKG Acquires Ascentis Corporation

UKG Inc. has acquired Ascentis Corporation, a full-suite HR and workforce management software provider headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The deal brings several hundred Ascentis employees (including staff in Montevideo, Uruguay) and roughly 4,800 customers into UKG, strengthening UKG's HCM, payroll and workforce management capabilities.
