TPG Growth, the middle-market and growth equity platform of TPG, has acquired a majority stake in P20 Global Holdings Inc. (People 2.0), a global provider of employer of record (EOR) and agent of record (AOR) services. The investment will support People 2.0's organic growth initiatives, cross-border hiring solutions, and further strategic acquisitions to expand its global workforce-deployment platform.
