Ceridian Acquires eloomi to Expand Dayforce Learning Capabilities

Ceridian has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire eloomi, a Copenhagen- and Orlando-based learning experience platform, with the deal expected to close in Q1 2024 and funded from Ceridian’s existing cash balance. The acquisition will integrate eloomi’s LMS/LXP and AI-driven content capabilities into Ceridian’s Dayforce platform to expand learning, people development and extended-enterprise training offerings; eloomi was backed by the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), Kennet Partners and Great Hill Partners.

Forum Brands Acquires Organic Period Care Brand Lola

Forum Brands, an e-commerce aggregator, has acquired Lola, a New York–based period care brand known for organic cotton tampons, pads and other sexual-health products. The deal, begun in Q3 of last year and finalized in December, will fold Lola into Forum’s portfolio to accelerate omnichannel growth and retail expansion while leveraging Forum’s Amazon and DTC capabilities.

The Flex Co. Acquires Allbodies Inc.

The acquisition brings Allbodies' educational content and network of practitioners into Flex's product ecosystem to expand the company's women's health education and product-development capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Atlassian Acquires Loom
