Service Express, a data center and infrastructure solutions provider, has acquired Top Gun Technology, a Greater Minneapolis-based data center maintenance and mission-critical support services provider. The acquisition expands Service Express' multivendor maintenance and managed infrastructure capabilities—particularly in mainframe and complex enterprise storage support—and integrates Top Gun's specialized workforce and ITAD capabilities into Service Express' global service portfolio.

3STEP Sports Acquires Hoop Group

ZT Corporate Acquires Baseball Nation

Houston-based private equity firm ZT Corporate acquired Baseball Nation and will operate the business as ZT Baseball Nation, expanding ZT Baseball's facility operations into the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The combined business will operate 12 fields (including Aviator Ballpark in McKinney, Texas) and will exclusively host Perfect Game events at the North Texas facilities, with Baseball Nation owner James Belt transitioning to COO.

Callaway Golf Company Completes Merger with Topgolf International

Callaway Golf Company and Topgolf International have completed their previously announced merger to form a combined, tech-enabled golf and entertainment leader. Under the terms of the deal Callaway issued approximately 90 million shares to Topgolf shareholders; immediately post-close Callaway shareholders owned ~51.3% and former Topgolf shareholders owned ~48.7% of the combined company, which is headquartered in Carlsbad, California with Topgolf operations based in Dallas, Texas.

US Sports Camps Acquires Play Your Game Collective (Esports Camps)
