Perficient Acquires E-Tech Solutions

Perficient, Inc. has acquired E-Tech Solutions, Inc., an IT consulting firm with approximately $10 million in revenue and roughly 80 employees, to expand Perficient's Mid-Atlantic presence and deepen its capabilities in areas such as business architecture, user experience, mobility, portal, business intelligence and commerce. The deal (approximately $12.2 million consideration: $6.1M cash and $6.1M stock) is expected to be immediately accretive to Perficient's earnings per share.
