Performance Inflatables Acquires Flexi-Liner Corporation

Performance Inflatables Co. LLC, a portfolio company of Pinewell Capital, has acquired Flexi-Liner Corporation. Flexi-Liner will continue to operate from its Chino, California facility and will expand Performance Inflatables' capabilities in tank lining, helium recovery bags and related inflatable bladder solutions as an add-on to its portfolio.
