Performance Systems Integration (PSI), a fire and life safety platform owned by The Riverside Company, acquired Evergreen Fire and Life Safety, LLC, a Lynwood, Washington-based provider of fire and life safety inspection, repair and maintenance services. The add-on expands PSI's coverage in the Greater Seattle metro and strengthens the platform's inspection, maintenance and parts capabilities across the Pacific Northwest.
