Performanta, a UK managed security services provider backed by Beech Tree Private Equity, has acquired Identity Experts, a UK-based Microsoft Gold Security Partner and identity & access management (IAM) consultancy. The acquisition expands Performanta's Microsoft security and IAM capabilities (Azure AD, Sentinel, ATP, O365) and brings Identity Experts' founders into the Performanta Group to continue driving Microsoft-focused services.
