Perigon Wealth Management LLC has acquired Blue Water Capital Management LLC (Syracuse, NY) and Lumin Financial LLC (Southfield, MI), adding approximately $375 million of combined AUM. The transactions expand Perigon’s advisor-led RIA platform and bolster its presence in New York and Michigan; terms were not disclosed.
